Return & Refund Policy:
 
Returns are happily refunded if the following conditions apply:
  1. A request for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
  2. A valid RMA number must accompany returned merchandise within 15 days of RMA issue date.
  3. Returned merchandise must be in original, new condition (not installed or modified, scratched, dinged, dented or damaged in any way) and must accompany all original documentation (instructions, literature, etc.) as well as original accessories (screws, wires, etc.) and original packaging.
  4. All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  5. Refunds are given in the form of original payment minus the actual shipping costs and restocking fees.
  6. Allow 2 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
Returns will not be accepted or refunded if the following conditions apply:
  1. Merchandise that is sold as used or 'as is' is not returnable.
  2. Special order items are not returnable.
  3. Any conditions that do not comply with the above stated refund policy and procedures.

 

Cancellations:
 
All canceled orders that have not yet left our facility will incur a 3% cancellation fee.  All canceled orders that have shipped are considered a return and the terms of our above referenced return policy apply.

Order Mistakes Made by US:

Call us within 5 days of receiving and we will make arrangements for pick-up and ship the correct replacement.

Order Mistakes Made by CUSTOMER:

If you ordered the wrong part(s), call us within 30-days. Customer will be responsible for the return freight and the return will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.
If part(s) were used, installed or missing packaging, the part(s) cannot be returned for credit.
